Information for Patients
About the Women’s Clinic

The Dream Centers Women’s Clinic serves women who are ages 13-64 for GYN issues, to include but not limited to Wellness exams, Pregnancy Tests, STD Tests, Family Planning, limited weight management and more.  Other services include Ultrasound, Chiropractic, Medical Massage, Counseling, Resource Advocacy and Pastoral Care.

We do not bill insurance companies so we cannot see women who are insured.  We can, however, see women with discount programs, sharing programs and catastrophic programs.
Women can request an appointment on our portal or call us at 388.1594.  We do not accept walk ins.  We operate by appointment only with few exceptions for urgent care needs, like UTI.  Possible miscarriage patients should go to an urgent care or ER.

New Patients should bring

  • photo ID
  • proof of address (unless it is the same on the picture ID)
  • proof of income

Our location

The Clinic is located at 4360 Montebello Drive, suite 900.  We are one block north of the Austin Bluffs/Academy intersection, on the east side of Academy, next to the post office.  The nearest bus stop is Stop

Important information about the Women’s Clinic
The Women’s Clinic does not confirm pregnancy with onsite blood tests.  Ultrasounds can only be provided for women in need of diagnostic tests or for women who might be pregnant. Women with a confirmation of pregnacy should consult an OB; we do not provide OB or pre-natal care at the clinic.
We are not a primary care clinic and do not see men or women for non GYN issues (other than our other wrap around services).
For men, children and/or women needing other care, we refer to our partnering Safety Net Clinics:
For women with Medicaid searching for a provider, please call 719.598-1549 for an updated list of providers accepting Medicaid.
